I am briefly at home between festivals and will do my best to catch up a bit here.

These are certainly exciting times to be alive. In between camping adventures and walking on new lands (prairie!), I am keeping an eye on the energies and the people that deeply influence my world.  I’ve posted a couple of things on Facebook and want to share them here.

If you are a theist of some sort, please spend some thoughtful time at your altar. May I also suggest you give a little something–mine was jelly beans–to your land spirits? The ones around here are a little fidgetty right now–and not in a good way. And if you treat with the Good Neighbors, have a care. As always.

Gather your allies, kindred. I took the cover off the Mother Grove Goddess Temple’s Ancestor altar as the Rose Moon was waxing to full. I fed them and gave them drink, and have called them home.

Now is the time for strategy and strength, for endurance and great love. These are our times. The ones we were made for.

That was this morning.  I’m going to post at random here. If you’ve followed me on Facebook, you’ll note these are not chronological.

Ordeal work is hard. That’s why it’s called ordeal work, not vacation.

You can do this. I know you can.

What is it about the Republic being in freefall, collapsing under your feet that you do not comprehend? Stop quavering in your boots. Get to work.
